Two-stage Dynamic Reconstruction of Distribution Network Based on the Optimization of Soft Open Point Integrated with Energy Storage System

摘要 优化智能储能软开关(Soft open point integrated with energy storage system,ESOP)可调度设备的应用,是应对高比例分布式电源(Distributed generation,DG)接入引发波动性与不确定性的主要手段之一。对此,提出一种基于智能储能软开关优化的配电网两阶段动态重构策略。首先,以网损与电压偏差之和最小为综合目标函数,建立含ESOP的有源配电网重构优化模型。然后,实施ESOP两阶段协同优化。阶段1,运用有序环网编码策略,缩减可行解空间,优化多时段网络拓扑与软开关(Soft open point,SOP)两侧有功–无功;在阶段2,基于阶段1网络结构集中优化ESOP两侧有功–无功,挖掘ESOP灵活的潮流调控潜力。最后,采用引入启发式规则、高斯映射及改进莱维飞行策略进行改进的河马优化算法求解重构优化模型。以IEEE33节点配电系统为算例进行验证。结果表明,所提策略可以有效降低网络损耗和电压偏差,提升有源配电网运行的经济性和稳定性。 Optimizing the application of soft open point integrated with energy storage system(ESOP)dispatching devices is one of the main means to cope with the volatility and uncertainty caused by a high proportion of distributed generation(DG)access.In this regard,a two-stage dynamic reconfiguration strategy for distribution network based on the optimization of soft open point integrated with energy storage system is proposed.Firstly,an active distribution network reconfiguration optimization model with ESOP is established with the minimization of the sum of network loss and voltage deviation as the comprehensive objective function.Secondly,the two-stage collaborative optimization of ESOPs is implemented.In stage 1,the ordered ring network coding strategy is applied to reduce the feasible solution space and optimize the multi-timescale network topology and active-reactive power on both sides of the SOP;in stage 2,focuses on optimizing the active-reactive power on both sides of the ESOP based on the network structure of stage 1 is optimized to explore the flexible tidal flow regulation potential of the ESOP.Finally,the improved hippopotamus optimization algorithm is used to solve the reconfigured optimization model by introducing heuristic rules,Gaussian mapping and improved Levy flight strategy.Taking the IEEE33-node distribution system as an example for validation.The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce network losses and voltage deviations,and improve the economy and stability of active distribution network operation.
