摘要
将聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜应用于废水处理行业中,以电厂含煤废水为应用场景,构建了一套中试系统,由于聚四氟乙烯材料具有耐酸碱和氧化剂的性质,理论上化学清洗不会影响膜的性质,使其具有较长的使用寿命。因此,在未进行任何预处理的情况下,直接过滤含煤废水,膜系统产水SS≤2mg/L,膜通量约为46.7L/(m^(2)·h),化学清洗周期8~10d。
Polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber membrane was applied to wastewater treatment industry,and a pilot-scale system was constructed with coal-containing wastewater from power plant as the application scenario.Due to the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene materials,such as acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance,in theory,chemical cleaning does not affect the properties of the membrane and has a long service life.Therefore,in this study,without any pretreatment,the coalcontaining wastewater was directly filtered,the membrane system produced water SS≤2 mg/L,the membrane flux was about 46.7 L/(m^(2)·h),and the chemical cleaning cycle was 8-10 days.
