微RAN-141、PI3K和AKT在多囊卵巢综合征患者外周血中的表达及与胰岛素抵抗的相关性

The expression of miR⁃141,PI3K and AKT in peripheral blood of Polycystic ovary syndrome patients and their correlation with insulin resistance

摘要 探讨微RAN(miR)-141、PI3K和AKT在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者外周血中的表达及与HOMA-IR的关系。研究发现观察组外周血miR-141、PI3K和AKT mRNA相对表达及HOMA-IR高于对照组(P<0.05);外周血miR-141、PI3K和AKT mRNA相对表达与HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05)。PCOS患者外周血miR-141、PI3K和AKT mRNA与HOMA-IR密切相关, 三者联合检测对PCOS具有较高诊断价值。 To investigate the expression of miR-141,PI3K and AKT in peripheral blood of PCOS patients and their relationship with HOMA-IR.The relationship between miR-141,PI3K mRNA,AKT mRNA and HOMA-IR in peripheral blood of PCOS patients was analyzed by comparing miR-141,PI3K mRNA,AKT mRNA and HOMA-IR.It was found that the mRNA expression of miR-141,PI3K and AKT in peripheral blood and HOMA-IR in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The mRNA expressions of miR-141,PI3K and AKT in peripheral blood were positively correlated with HOMA-IR(P<0.05).miR-141,PI3K and AKT mRNA in peripheral blood of PCOS patients are closely related to HOMA-IR,and the combined detection of the three is of high diagnostic value for PCOS.
