熔融盐单罐集成蒸汽发生器储热系统的释热规律研究

Heat discharge research of thermal storage system by integration of a single molten salt tank and steam generator

摘要 随着“碳中和、碳达峰”的提出,太阳能发电、风电等可再生能源受到广泛研究,而储能技术是制约其大规模利用的最主要瓶颈之一。提出一种单罐熔融盐集成蒸汽发生器储热系统,并采用FLUNT软件对熔融盐在蓄热单罐中的流动规律和传热特性进行数值模拟研究。通过改变螺旋管换热器的换热面积、节距和布置方式,分析储热罐放热时熔融盐的平均温度、温度场、速度场以及放热功率的变化规律。研究结果为单罐熔融盐集成蒸汽发生器储热系统的设计提供一定的指导意义。 With the proposal of the″carbon neutrality and carbon peak″,concentrating solar power,wind power and other renewable energy sources are widely investigated,while thermal storage technology is one of the problems restricting their large-scale utilization.A molten salt in single tank thermal storage system integrated steam generator were proposed,and Fluent software was used for numerical simulation of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of molten salt in a heat storage single tank.The average temperature,temperature field,velocity field and heat discharge power of molten salt in heat storage tank were analyzed with changing heat exchange area,pitch and arrangement of spiral tube heat exchanger.The research results provide certain guiding significance for the design of the molten salts in single tank thermal storage system with integrated steam generator.
