摘要
自2013年人类命运共同体提出以来,中国在推动构建人类命运共同体的过程中,在“五个世界”目标指引下推动世界焕然一新,并在“一带一路”实践中夯实合作共赢的基础,取得历史性成就。但在全面建设现代化的新征程上,构建人类命运共同体仍然面临新旧国际秩序转变过程中新安全机制的缺位、发展上的不平衡不充分、公众对人类命运共同体理念存在误读等几方面的挑战。为应对挑战,我们必须加强新安全机制建设,夯实全球安全治理根基;坚持人民利益至上,保证全人类共享发展成果;加强文化交流互鉴,推动达成思想共识。
Since the proposal of the community with a shared future for humanity in 2013,China has promoted the building of such community,revitalizing the world under the guidance of the“Five Worlds”goals and consolidating the foundation for winwin cooperation through the practice of the Belt and Road Initiative,achieving historic accomplishments.However,on the new journey of comprehensively building modernization,constructing a community with a shared future for humanity still faces challenges,including the absence of new security mechanisms during the transformation of the old and new international orders,imbalances and inadequacies in development,and public misunderstandings of the concept of a human community with a shared future.To address these challenges,we must strengthen the construction of new security mechanisms to solidify the foundation of global security governance,prioritize the interests of the people to ensure that all mankind share the fruits of development,and enhance cultural exchanges and mutual learning to promote ideological consensus.
