摘要
目的探讨拍打涌泉穴联合医用弹力袜在全膝关节置换术(TKA)术后患者膝关节功能中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月上海市第四康复医院收治的60例TKA术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用拍打涌泉穴联合医用弹力袜干预。比较两组的膝关节功能、疼痛程度、患肢静脉血流速度、患肢周径差及下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生情况。结果干预后,观察组Harris膝关节功能量表评分为(80.12±6.46)分,高于对照组的(72.62±5.53)分,疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.82±0.23)分,低于对照组的(3.72±0.77)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患肢股深静脉血流速度、腘窝静脉血流速度均快于对照组,髌骨上缘上10 cm大腿周径差、髌骨下缘下10 cm小腿周径差均小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下肢DVT发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拍打涌泉穴联合医用弹力袜可有效提升TKA术后患者的膝关节功能,缓解疼痛程度,加快患肢静脉血流速度,减小患肢周径差,并降低下肢DVT发生率。
Objective Objective To explore the effect of patting Yongquan point combined with medical elastic socks on the knee joint function of patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods Sixty patients with TKA surgery in Shanghai Fourth Rehabilitation Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with patting Yongquan point combined with medical elastic socks.Knee joint function,pain degree,venous flow velocity,circumference difference of affected Limb,and occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Harris knee function scale score of the observation group was(80.12±6.46)points,which was higher than(72.62±5.53)points of the control group,the Visual Analogue Score of pain was(2.82±0.23)points,which was lower than(3.72±0.77)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the blood flow velocity of the femoral deep vein and popliteal vein of the affected limb in the observation group were faster than those of the control group,and the circumference difference of the thigh 10 cm above the upper margin of the patella and the circumference difference of the calf 10 cm below the lower margin of the patella were smaller than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity DVT in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patting Yongquan point combined with medical elastic socks can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients after TKA surgery,relieve pain,accelerate the venous blood flow speed of the affected limb,reduce the circumference difference of the affected limb,and reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT.
