脑卒中语言障碍患者实施互动式个性化健康教育的效果 被引量:1

The Effect of Interactive Personalized Health Education on Stroke Patients with Language Disorders

摘要 目的探讨对脑卒中语言障碍患者实施互动式个性化健康教育的效果。方法选取漳浦县医院2023年2月—2024年2月收治的200例脑卒中语言障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组患者实施传统护理,观察组患者实施互动式个性化健康教育。比较两组护理前后的生活品质、对脑卒中有关知识的了解程度及总有效率。结果两组护理后生活品质各项评分均优于护理前,且观察组护理后生活品质各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对脑卒中有关知识了解程度的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式个性化健康教育干预对脑卒中语言障碍患者的语言功能恢复具有积极影响,且能够进一步提高患者的康复治疗效果,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing interactive personalized health education for stroke patients with language disorders.Methods A total of 200 stroke patients with language disorders admitted to Zhangpu County Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,while the observation group received interactive personalized health education.Compare the quality of life,the level of understanding of stroke related knowledge,and total effective rate between two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of quality of life after nursing in both groups were better than before nursing,and the scores of quality of life after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the patients’understanding of stroke related knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive personalized health education intervention has a positive impact on the language function recovery of stroke patients with language disorders,and can further improve the rehabilitation treatment effect of patients,which is worth promoting and using.
