摘要
随着经济全球化的推进,国际商事争议不断增加。近年来,我国商事仲裁事业取得了快速发展,但相较于法治化市场化国际化营商环境对仲裁的需求而言,仲裁专业人才在外语能力、法律适用和商事仲裁规则运用方面依然存在不足。本文通过解析西安仲裁委员会在培养涉外仲裁人才方面的相关探索与实践,为我国涉外仲裁人才培养路径提供有益借鉴。
With the advancement of economic globalization,international commercial disputes are increasing.In recent years,Chinas commercial arbitration industry has achieved rapid development.However,compared to the demand for arbitration in a legal,market⁃oriented,and international business environment,arbitration talent is still deficient in terms of foreign language ability,application of law and commercial arbitration rules.This essay analyses the relevant exploration and practice of Xian Arbitration Commission in cultivating foreign⁃related arbitration talent,providing valuable reference for the cultivation path of Chinas foreign⁃related arbitration talent.
