摘要
以川崎K3VL系列液压泵为研究对象,旨在探讨液压缸在船舶液压系统中的应用及其在不同操作系统中的性能表现。通过对船舶转向、锚定与绞车、吊升及稳定系统的液压缸功能和作用进行细致分析,采用定量的性能评估方法,包括系统响应时间、最大输出力和平均故障间隔时间等指标,对液压系统的效能进行评估。结果显示,液压系统在所有测试场景中均展现出高效和可靠的性能,特别是在稳定系统中,其快速响应和高效率显著提高了航行的稳定性及安全性。
Taking Kawasaki K3VL series hydraulic pumps as the research object,we aim to explore the application of hydraulic cylinders in marine hydraulic systems and their performance in different operating systems.By carefully analyzing the functions and roles of the hydraulic cylinders in the ship's steering,anchoring and winching,hoisting and stabilizing systems,the efficacy of the hydraulic system is evaluated by using quantitative performance evaluation methods,including indicators such as the system response time,the maximum output force and the mean time between failures.The results show that the hydraulic system exhibits efficient and reliable performance in all test scenarios,especially in the stabilization system,where its fast response and high efficiency significantly improve the stability and safety of navigation.
