摘要
针对配电设备设施传统运维方式存在效率较低、寿命预测困难、劣化程度无法掌握、维护成本较高等问题,对配电设备设施智能运维技术进行研究,融合SVM算法和ELM寿命预测智能算法搭建了配电设备设施智能运维方案,完成了硬件系统设计和软件控制系统设计。经搭建试验平台调试后表明,设计的配电设备智能运维系统实现实时监测报警、分析决策和趋势预测,并且对设备的全生命周期健康管理,大大降低了工人劳动强度、提升设备效能、及时把握设备劣化趋势,取得了满意的应用效果。研究结论可以为配电设备设施及线路的智能运维相关研究提供参考。
For power distribution equipment facilities traditional operational way low efficiency,life prediction difficulties,deterioration degree cannot master,higher maintenance costs,the distribution equipment intelligent operational technology,fusion SVM algorithm and ELM life prediction intelligent algorithm set up the distribution equipment facilities intelligent operational scheme,completed the hardware system design and software control system design.After the building test platform debugging,shows that the design of power distribution equipment intelligent operations system for real-time monitoring alarm,analysis and trend prediction,and the whole life cycle of equipment health management,greatly reduces the workers labor intensity,improve equipment efficiency,timely grasp the equipment deterioration trend,has achieved satisfactory application effect.The research conclusion can provide reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance of power distribution equipment,facilities and lines.
