矿用绞车牵引变频装置优化

摘要 针对镇城底煤矿矿用绞车在使用过程中存在的固定方式困难、调速模式单一的问题,设计矿用绞车优化方案。根据镇城底煤矿综采回撤面工况,对矿用绞车机械结构进行优化,满足回撤面牵引液压支架使用条件;增加变频控制装置,实现牵引速度动态、实时调节。最后完成实际应用。应用结果表明,优化后的矿用绞车满足综采回撤面使用工况,固定方式安全,不易引起绞车框架变形,实现了牵引变频调速,增强了矿井绞车井下作业安全系数。 IIn the view of the problems of difficult fixing mode and single speed regulation mode,the optimization scheme of mine winch in Zhenchengbottom coal mine is designed.The mechanical structure of mine winch is optimized according to the working condition of fully mechanized pullback face in Zhenchengdi coal mine,and the working condition of pulling hydraulic support for pullback face is satisfied.Variable frequency control device is added to realize dynamic and real-time adjustment of traction speed.Finally,the practical application is completed.The application results show that the optimized mine winch can meet the working condition of fully mechanized mining pullback surface,the fixed way is safe,it is not easy to cause the winch frame deformation,the traction frequency conversion speed regulation is realized,and the underground operation safety factor of mine winch is enhanced.
