灵敏性传感器制备及在隧道安全监测系统的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为更好地检测隧道中有毒气体,提高隧道安全性,针对硫化氢有毒气体,试验采用一步微波法制备氧化铜微球,并制备一种气敏复合材料聚苯胺/氧化铜。再采用提拉涂膜法将该材料镀到陶瓷管上,制成阻抗型气体传感器。结果表明,这种传感器对硫化氢气体有良好的灵敏性和选择性、稳定性,在相对湿度为20%、温度为25℃的条件下,极限响应浓度可以达到0.1×10^(-10),响应度为2.13%。经测试,当环境温度越低时,该传感器气敏性能更佳。综上,这种阻抗型传感器可以对隧道中硫化氢气体进行检测,综合性能良好,可建立传感器网络为隧道安全监测系统提供数据支持,进而保障隧道安全。 In order to better detect toxic gases in tunnels and improve tunnel safety,for the toxic gas of hydrogen sulfide,the one-step microwave method was used to prepare copper oxide microspheres,and a gas-sensitive composite polyaniline/copper oxide was prepared.Then,the material was coated onto a ceramic tube using the pull-up coating method to produce an impedance type gas sensor.The results indicated that this sensor had sensitivity,good selectivity,and stability towards hydrogen sulfide gas.Under the conditions of relative humidity of 20%and temperature of 25℃,the maximum response concentration could reach 0.1×10^(-10),with a response rate of 2.13%.After testing,it was found that the gas sensing performance of the sensor was better when the ambient temperature was lower.In summary,this impedance type sensor can detect hydrogen sulfide gas in tunnels with good comprehensive performance.It can establish a sensor network to provide data support for tunnel safety monitoring systems,thereby ensuring tunnel safety.
