摘要
目的提升医院对不间断电源(uninterruptible power supply,UPS)的风险管理能力,确保医患安全和医疗服务的连续性。方法对医院UPS风险进行分析与分级,建立风险数据库,结合人工智能物联网(artificial intelligence of things,AIoT)系统与联防联控管理模式,对UPS风险进行智能识别、分级、预警、跟踪,构建高效、智能化UPS风险管理闭环系统。结果实现了全院47台UPS、102组2335节电池风险管理全覆盖,UPS系统风险数量大幅下降,UPS风险应急响应、应急处置水平稳步提升。结论基于AIoT的UPS风险管理系统的应用显著提升了医院UPS应用的安全和管理效率,提高了医院的精细化管理水平。
Objective To enhance the risk management of hospitals for uninterruptible power supply(UPS),ensuring the safety of doctors and patients and regular medical services.Methods Risks of hospital UPS were analyzed and classified to establish a risk database.Additionally,the artificial intelligence of things(AioT)system and joint prevention and control management mode were integrated to identify,classify,warn,and track UPS risks,thus developing an efficient and intelligent closed-loop system of UPS risk management.Results The full coverage of 47 UPS systems and 102 sets of 2335 batteries across the entire hospital significantly reduced operational risks and enhanced emergency response and disposal capabilities.Conclusion The implementation of an AIoT-based UPS risk management system has markedly improved the security and management efficiency of hospital UPS applications,elevating the level of refined management in hospitals.
