摘要
随着建筑工程行业飞速发展,传统落后工程建设与设计工艺,极大限制了工程造价水平提升。文章研究了智能化技术助力建筑工程造价专业优化的方法,在掌握当前建筑工程造价管理现状的基础上,从数据分析与成本预测、机器学习在成本优化中的角色、人工智能与自动化决策支持系统三个方面,分析了智能化技术在建筑造价控制中的应用前景。同时,强调了项目决策、工程设计、施工、竣工几个环节中,智能化技术在造价控制中的具体应用,有助于转变传统造价管理模式,充分发挥智能化技术的应用价值,确保造价控制更加精准,助力建筑工程行业健康发展。
With the rapid development of the construction engineering industry,the traditional and backward engineering construction and design technology have greatly limited the improvement of the development level of engineering cost.The paper studies the optimization method of intelligent technology to help the construction engineering cost profession.On the basis of mastering the current situation of construction project cost management,from the three aspects of data analysis and cost prediction,the role of machine learning in cost optimization,artificial intelligence and automated decision support system,the paper analyzes the application prospect of intelligent technology in construction cost control.At the same time,it emphasizes the specific application of intelligent technology in cost control in project decision-making,engineering design,construction,completion and other links,which helps to change the traditional cost management mode,give full play to the application value of intelligent technology,ensure that the cost control is more accurate,and help the healthy development of the construction engineering industry.
