摘要
深受房建施工领域关注的智能机械设备,能够确保施工工作顺利进行,且能够降低安全、质量等问题出现的几率。文章研究了房建施工现场智能机械设备管理现状及改进措施,从其管理概况入手,分析了数据采集与传输、数据处理与分析、智能化决策支持等智能机械设备管理现状。同时,强调了完善管理制度、加强技术应用、智能化监控与管理、机械设备维修保养的房建施工现场智能机械设备管理方法,有助于充分发挥新型机械设备的应用价值,提高房建施工效率与质量,助力行业健康发展。
Intelligent mechanical equipment,which is deeply concerned in the field of housing construction,can ensure the smooth progress of the construction work,and reduce the probability of safety,quality and other problems.This paper studies the present situation and improvement measures of intelligent machinery and equipment management in building construction site.Starting from its management overview,it analyzes the management status of intelligent machinery and equipment such as the data acquisition and transmission,data processing and analysis,and intelligent decision support.At the same time,it emphasizes the improvement of the management system,strengthening technology application,intelligent monitoring and management,and intelligent mechanical equipment maintenance methods for building construction site intelligent mechanical equipment management,which help to give full play to the application value of new mechanical equipment,improve housing construction efficiency and quality,and assist in the healthy development of power industry.
