摘要
以盾构机前盾为研究对象,对其翻身吊装进行受力分析和研究,推导出各个吊绳的受力函数和变化规律,并得出各个吊耳的受力函数。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对各个吊耳施加载荷函数,进行有限元静力学仿真分析,验证了各个吊耳的强度和刚度满足使用要求,为盾体等大型设备的翻身吊装提供参考计算方法。
Taking the front shield of shield machine as the research object,analyzes and studies its turnover hoisting stress,deduces the stress function and change law of each lifting rope and obtains the force function of each lifting lug.The load function of each lifting lug is applied by using the ANSYS Workbench software,and the finite element static simulation analysis is carried out,which verifies that the strength and stiffness of each lifting lug meet the use requirements and provides a reference calculation method for the turnover hoisting of large equipment such as shield.
