适于SCR的中空环柱式半潜平台总体性能分析

摘要 针对常规深吃水半潜式生产平台存在气隙要求高、稳性挑战大、空船吃水大而对码头及航道水深要求高、结构易疲劳、建造集成难度大等问题,提出一种带大型月池的中空环柱式半潜平台概念,并从平台稳性、运动及系泊系统性能、SCR强度等方面进行论证。分析结果表明,该平台具有良好的运动性能,具有悬挂SCR的潜在可行性,并且具有组块重心低、储油量大、结构强度高、建造集成便捷等技术和经济优势,可作为适于SCR悬挂的新型平台方案选择。 To address the challenges faced by traditional deep-draught semi-submersible platform,such as stringent air gap requirements,stability,large draught under lightweight condition against the limited water depth of quay or channel,fatigue issues,and difficulties for topside integration,etc.,a hollow cylindrical type semi-submersible platform with large moon pool was proposed.Analysis of hull stability and motion characteristics for critical loading conditions,as well as mooring and SCR strength analysis was performed.The results showed that the hollow cylindrical semi-submersible platform has good global performance and the feasibility for SCR application is demonstrated.With additional advantages such as lower topside elevation,larger storage capacity,better strength capacity of hull structure strength and being more friendly for construction,the hollow cylindrical semi-submersible platform could be a new competitive hull conceptual option for SCR utilization.
