摘要
以海上风电工程的风机基础导管架吊装为研究对象,开展导管架吊耳设计及吊装技术研究,并采用有限元方法进行结构验证。结果表明,针对不同的吊装方法与不同的导管架结构形式,选择合理位置设置吊耳,可降低导管架吊装的施工难度,降低吊装风险,提高施工效率。
Taking the lifting of wind-turbine foundation jacket in offshore wind power engineering as the research object,the design and lifting technology of conduit Lifting lugs were carried out,and the finite element method was used for structural verification.The results indicated that selecting a more reasonable position to set up lifting ears for different lifting methods and structural forms of pipeline racks can reduce the construction difficulty of pipeline rack lifting,reduce lifting risks,and improve construction efficiency.
