摘要 AHL(AT-hook Motif Nuclear Localized)是一类古老的转录因子,参与植物的多个生物学过程。它包含AT-hook基序和PPC结构域,其中AT-hook基序可以被分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三种类型。AHL可以与DNA的富AT区域结合,或者通过影响其他转录因子与DNA的结合从而参与调控。本文综述了AHL转录因子的结构特征,以及该基因家族在植物器官发育、胁迫响应、激素响应和多种代谢过程中的功能,为全面理解该转录因子家族的作用机理、功能及其在作物育种的应用提供依据。 AT-hook Motif Nuclear Localized(AHL)is an ancient transcription factor involved in multiple biological processes in plants.It contains an AT-hook motif and a PPC domain,with the AT-hook motif being classified into three types:I,II,and III.AHL can bind to AT-rich regions of DNA or participate in regulation by affecting the binding of other transcription factors to DNA.This review discusses the structural characteristics of AHL transcription factors and their functions in plant organ development,stress response,hormone responses,and various metabolic processes,providing a basis for a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms,functions and applications in crop breeding of this transcription factor family.
