水稻镉砷累积的基因型和环境互作效应分析 被引量:1

摘要 筛选稳定的低镉低砷水稻品种是促进稻米安全生产的有效手段。通过研究不同环境对9个主推水稻品种稻米镉和砷含量的影响,以期获得稳定的镉、砷低积累水稻品种,并提供筛选鉴定方法。结果表明,水稻对镉、砷的吸收富集受到基因型和环境的双重影响,且环境异质性对稻米镉、砷吸收累积的影响均大于水稻自身基因型的作用。环境基因互作分别解析了稻米镉含量99.91%和稻米砷含量79.70%的贡献,其中环境异质性对稻米镉、砷含量的贡献率分别达83.46%和56.56%。GGE双标图分析结合产量分数评价能有效筛选出高产且较稳定的低重金属累积水稻品种,其中V1(隆两优华占),V4(隆两优1988),V9(Y两优9918)为产能较高的低砷累积品种,V7(C两优87)为产能较高的低镉累积品种;同时还筛选出2个镉低积累水稻品种筛选试验点(S1、S2)、4个砷低积累水稻品种筛选试验点(S1、S2、S3、S6)。GGE双标图与产量质量分数结合为镉、砷低积累水稻品种筛选试验点的选择、可推广的镉、砷低积累水稻品种筛选提供了一种经济可行的新方法。 Screening stable rice cultivars with low accumulation of cadmium(Cd)and arsenic(As)is an effective means to promote safe rice production.In order to obtain stable rice cultivars with low Cd and As accumulation and provide a reference for screening and identification methods,the effects of different environments on Cd and As contents of nine main rice varieties were studied.The results showed that Cd and As accumulation amounts in rice were affected by both genotype and the environment,and the effect of environmental heterogeneity on Cd and As accumulation in rice was significantly greater than that of rice genotype.GGE biplot analysis combined with yield score evaluation could effectively screen out rice cultivars with high productivity and stable low heavy metal accumulation.The contributions of the environment and genotype interaction to Cd and As contents in rice grain were 99.91% and 79.70%,respectively.The contribution of environmental heterogeneity to Cd and As contents in rice grain was 83.46% and 56.56%,respectively.Two screening sites(S1,S2)of rice varieties with low Cd accumulation and four screening sites(S1,S2,S3,S6)of rice varieties with low As accumulation were selected through the combination of GGE biplot combined with yield score evaluation.Three low As accumulation varieties(V1,V4,V9)and one low Cd accumulation varietys(V7)with higher productivity were selected.The results of this study indicate that the use of GGE biplot combined with yield score evaluation provides a new economical and feasible method for selecting test sites and screening rice varieties with low accumulation of Cd and As.
