摘要
瑞马唑仑具有典型的苯二氮类药物的药理作用(如镇静、催眠、抗焦虑)和多重特点(如快速起效、持续时间短、不依赖器官)。瑞马唑仑可控性好,不依赖肝肾代谢,心肺抑制作用轻微,对呼吸系统和循环系统的影响较小,因此临床应用的有效性和安全性较高,尤其适用于老年、危重患者或肝肾衰竭患者。近年来,瑞马唑仑的临床应用范围不断扩大,可应用于日间手术、门诊检查和术中诱导麻醉、维持全身麻醉以及镇静等方面,尤其在麻醉恢复质量和周转效率方面具有突出优势。
Rimazolam has typical pharmacological effects of benzodiazepines(such as sedation,hypnosis,anti-anxiety)and multiple characteristics(such as rapid onset,short duration,and organ independence).Rimazolam has good controllability,does not rely on liver and kidney metabolism,has mild cardiorespiratory inhibitory effects,and has minimal impact on the respiratory and circulatory systems,so its clinical efficacy and safety are relatively high,especially suitable for the elderly,critically ill patients or patients with liver and kidney failure.In recent years,the clinical application scope of rimazolam has been continuously expanding,and it can be used in daytime surgery,outpatient examination,intraoperative induction anesthesia,maintenance of general anesthesia,and sedation,showing outstanding advantages especially in terms of anesthesia recovery quality and turnover efficiency.
