钢渣透水混凝土的抗压强度与透水性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 透水混凝土因其良好的透水性能而被广泛应用于城市道路路面铺装中。钢渣作为一种新型工业固体废弃物,其可用于透水混凝土的制备。本文研究了钢渣骨料粒径、水胶比、集料与水泥比对钢渣透水混凝土力学性能以及透水性能的影响。结果表明:随着水胶比的提升,钢渣透水混凝土的透水系数呈现逐渐降低的趋势,28d抗压强度呈现先提升后降低的趋势;随着集料与水泥比的提升,钢渣透水混凝土的透水系数呈现逐渐升高的趋势,28d抗压强度呈现逐渐降低的趋势;通过试验确定编号D组的骨料级配较优,制备的钢渣透水混凝土综合性能较佳,其28 d抗压强度24.8 MPa,透水系数9.1 mm/s。 Permeable concrete is widely used in urban road pavement due to its excellent permeability.Steel slag,as a new type of industrial solid waste,can be used to prepare permeable concrete.This article focuses on the inf luence of steel slag aggregate particle size,water cement ratio,and aggregate-to-cement ratio on the mechanical properties and permeability of steel slag permeable concrete.The results show that with the increase of the cement ratio,the permeability coefficient of steel slag permeable concrete gradually decreases,and the compressive strength at 28 days shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;with the increase of aggregate to cement ratio,the permeability coefficient of steel slag permeable concrete shows a gradually increasing trend,and the compressive strength at 28 days shows a decreasing progressively trend;through comparative research,it is determined in this experiment that the aggregate gradation of group D is superior,and the comprehensive performance of the steel slag permeable concrete prepared is better.Its 28 days compressive strength is 24.8 MPa,and the permeability coefficient is 9.1 mm/s.
