不同饵料对西伯利亚杂交鲟仔鱼生长、消化系统结构及消化酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different diets on the growth and digestive system structure and enzyme activities of juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon[Acipenser baerii(♀)×A.schrenckii(♂)]

摘要 为探究不同饵料对西杂鲟(Acipenser baerii♀×A.schrenckii♂)仔鱼生长、消化系统结构及消化酶活性的影响,实验选取孵出7 d,平均全长(17.15±0.80)mm,平均体质量为(0.04±0.01)g,刚开口的西杂鲟仔鱼7200尾随机分成3组,每组3个重复,从第7 d开始分别投喂水蚯蚓、饲料、饲料+水蚯蚓等不同开口饵料28 d,在7、14、21、28、35 d时分别统计西杂鲟仔鱼生长指标及存活率,35 d时观察西杂鲟仔鱼消化系统结构以及测定消化酶活性。结果显示:35 d时,西杂鲟仔鱼全长和体质量均为水蚯蚓组>饲料+水蚯蚓组>饲料组;水蚯蚓组存活率最高,达到(84.04±2.78)%,显著高于饲料组;水蚯蚓组的肝脏细胞长径、短径以及肠道管腔直径、黏膜皱襞高度、黏膜下层和环肌层厚度均显著大于饲料组。第35 d时水蚯蚓组的淀粉酶活性显著低于饲料组,与饲料+水蚯蚓组差异不显著;水蚯蚓组的脂肪酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于其余两组;饲料组的胃蛋白酶活性显著高于其余两组。结果表明,水蚯蚓作为西杂鲟仔鱼的开口饵料更具有生长优势,建议规模化养殖过程中以水蚯蚓作为西杂鲟仔鱼的开口饵料。 This study took 7 dah(day after hatching)juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon[Acipenser baerii(♀)×A.schrenckii(♂)]with an average total length of(17.15±0.80)mm and an average body weight of(0.04±0.01)g In order to explore the effects of different diets on the growth,digestive system structure and digestive enzyme activities of juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon.Meanwhile,a total of 7200 newly first-feeding juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and were fed with water earthworms,artifical feed and artificial feed and water earthworms for 28 days.The growth and survival rates of the juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon were measured on 7,14,21,28,35 dah.We also studied the digestive system structure and measured the digestive enzyme activities on 35 dah.The results showed that on 35 dah,the total length and body weight of the juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon were in the order of water earthworms group>artificial feed and water earthworms group>artificial feed group.The survival rate of the water earthworms group was the highest,reaching(84.04±2.78)%,significantly higher than the artificial feed group.The long and short diameters of liver cells,the diameter of the intestinal lumen,the height of mucosal folds,and the thickness of the submucosa and circular muscle layer in the water earthworms group were significantly higher than those in the artificial feed group.The amylase activity of the water earthworm group was significantly lower than that of the artificial feed group,and there was no significant difference between the water earthworm group and the artificial feed and water earthworm group.The lipase activity of the water earthworms group was significantly higher than other groups.The pepsin activity of the artificial feed group was significantly higher than that of different groups.The alkaline phosphatase activity of the water earthworms group was the highest.The results showed that water earthworms had more growth advantages than the initial diet of juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon.It was suggested that water earthworms should be taken to feed juvenile Siberian hybrid sturgeon in standardized cultivation.
