数字法学协同育人的路径优化

摘要 数字法学作为一门新兴学科,融合了传统法学与数字科技的特点,正在深刻改变法学研究和法律实践,为法学教育带来了新的机遇与挑战。协同育人机制的构建或完善成为数字法治人才培养的关键。法学教育应契合数字法治的需要,创新法学学科建设和法治人才培养思路,致力于数字法学师资、教材建设,携手数字行业企业协同育人,为培养适应数字时代需求的高素质法学人才做出努力。 Digital Jurisprudence,as an emerging discipline,combines the characteristics of traditional legal studies and digital technology,which is profoundly transforming legal research and practice,bringing new opportunities and challenges to legal education.The construction and perfection of a collaborative education mechanism in digital jurisprudence has become the key to cultivating talents for digital rule of law.Legal education should align with the needs of digital rule of law,innovate the construction of legal disciplines and the idea of legal talents cultivation,focus on the construction of faculty and teaching materials,and collaborate with digital industry enterprises,making efforts to cultivate high-quality legal professionals who meet the demands of the digital age.
