摘要
针对经济发展进入新常态背景下如何推进产业结构升级的重要命题,使用30个省份的面板数据分析检验科学研究投入和高等教育水平对产业结构升级的影响。研究结果表明:科学研究投入和高等教育水平对产业结构升级起促进作用。科学研究投入增加和高等教育水平的提高都能促进产业结构升级,这一促进作用在东中西部地区的程度有明显差异。为推动产业结构升级,促进产业高质量发展,在政策上应鼓励创新,推动高等教育高质量发展,并重视西部地区建设,缩小地区差异。
In the context of China's economic development entering the New normal,how to promote the upgrading of industrial structure has become an important topic of China's modernization.This paper uses Panel data from 30 provinces to analyze and test the impact of scientific research investment and higher education level on industrial structure upgrading.The research results indicate that scientific research investment and higher education level play a promoting role in the upgrading of industrial structure.The increase in scientific research investment and the improvement of higher education level can both promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and the degree of this promotion varies significantly in the eastern,central,and western regions.In order to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality development of industries,innovation should be encouraged in policies,high-quality development of higher education should be promoted,and attention should be paid to the construction of the western region to narrow regional differences.
