摘要
FAU型分子筛在石油催化裂化和吸附分离领域应用广泛,因其具有较好的择形选择性和优异的离子交换能力,常被用作催化剂或吸附剂载体进行金属改性。改性过程中,对金属活性位进行构筑与表征是重要环节。基于此,本文对FAU型分子筛金属活性位的构筑方法和落位表征两方面进行了归纳总结。结果表明:配体保护下的水热合成法构筑活性位,可成功构筑孤立的金属原子/团簇活性位。各落位表征技术有其自身的优势和局限性。指出采用配体保护水热合成法在分子筛内构筑原子/团簇级活性位是研究者努力的方向之一,而金属的落位表征需采用多种表征手段,通过互补的信息以更准确地揭示金属在FAU分子筛中的落位。
FAU zeolites are widely used in the field of petroleum catalytic cracking and adsorption separation,and are often used as catalysts or adsorbent carriers for metal modification because of their good shape selectivity and excellent ion exchange ability.In the process of modification,the construction and characterization of metal active sites is an important links.Based on this,the construction method and location characterization of the metal active site of FAU zeolites are summarized.The results show that the hydrothermal synthesis method under ligand protection can successfully construct the active sites of isolated metal atoms/clusters.Each location characterization technique has its own advantages and limitations.It is pointed out that the construction of atomic/cluster active sites in zeolite by ligand-protected hydrothermal synthesis is one of the directions of researchers,and the characterization of metal location requires a variety of characterization methods to more accurately reveal the location of metal in FAU zeolite through complementary information.
