摘要
报道合成了一种新型的三取代2-噁唑啉化合物(ODNM)用作酸化缓蚀剂,通过核磁共振确定了ODNM的化学结构,并研究了它在20%HCl溶液中对X65钢片的缓蚀作用。结果表明,在60℃条件下,当缓蚀剂添加量为80 mg/L时,其缓蚀率高达99.23%。通过电化学分析证明ODNM可能是一种既有阴极缓蚀又有阳极缓蚀的混合型缓蚀剂,它通过在电极表面的吸附影响阴极和阳极过程,可以在不改变溶液性质的情况下在金属表面形成均匀稳定的吸附膜。
A trisubstituted 2-oxazoline((4S)-4-methyl-2-(o-tolyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-5-yl)(naphthalen-2-yl)methanone(ODNM),was synthesized and investigated as an inhibitor for X65 corrosion in 20%HCl solution.The chemical structure ODNM was confirmed using NMR spectrometer.The results show that the inhibitor ODMN could achieve a corrosion inhibition efficiency of 99.23%when the dosage was added 80 mg/L at 60℃.Through electrochemical analysis,ODNM functioned as a“mixed-kind inhibitor,”affecting both cathodic and anodic processes through their adsorption onto the electrode surface,which can form a uniform and stable adsorption film on the metal surface without changingthe properties of the solution.
