摘要 为探究Sasobit温拌剂对沥青温度与频率敏感性的影响,利用动态剪切流变仪对Sasobit温拌沥青进行了温度扫描、频率扫描等流变试验,借助荧光显微镜对其微观分布形态与作用机理进行了使用与分析。结果表明:Sasobit温拌剂可有效提高基质沥青的高温等级。温拌剂的掺入可降低基质沥青的相位角,使得沥青在相同温度下,弹性特征更明显,温度敏感性相对更优。在频率70 rad/s以下,Sasobit温拌沥青的相位角随频率的变化呈抛物线形状变化,并在0.3~0.5 rad/s范围出现极大值。当频率增加到100 rad/s以上时,Sasobit温拌沥青相位角出现紊乱现象,结构失稳。综合分析温拌沥青的各项性能指标,建议Sasobit温拌剂的最佳掺量为2.5%~3.5%。 In order to explore the effect of Sasobit warm mix agent on the temperature and frequency sensitivity of asphalt,rheological tests such as temperature scanning and frequency scanning were conducted on Sasobit warm mix asphalt using a dynamic shear rheometer.The microstructure and mechanism of action of Sasobit warm mix asphalt were analyzed and analyzed using a fluorescence microscope.The results show that Sasobit can effectively improve the high temperature grade of asphalt.The addition of warm mixing agent can reduce the phase angle of matrix asphalt,making the elastic characteristics of asphalt more obvious at the same temperature,and the temperature sensitivity is relatively better.Below the frequency of 70 rad/s,the phase angle of Sasobit warm-mixed asphalt shows a parabolic shape change with the change of frequency,and the maximum value appears in the range of 0.3~0.5 rad/s.When the frequency increases to more than 100 rad/s,the phase angle of Sasobit warm-mixed asphalt is disturbed and the structure is unstable.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the performance indexes of the warm mix asphalt,it is suggested that the optimal content of Sasobit warm mix agent is 2.5%~3.5%.
