摘要
目的分析MR梯度系统的结构及常见故障,探讨各故障产生原因及处理对策。方法收集我院MR设备遇到的梯度故障10例,其中梯度电源故障4例,梯度放大器故障2例,梯度信号控制单元故障1例,冷却系统故障2例,梯度线圈导致伪影1例。分析故障现象、故障来源并进行故障排查。结果通过对MR梯度系统故障进行分析,找到各故障原因,其中6例更换故障部件后消除,2例信号线接触问题现场解决,1例通过软件校准后改善,1例通过清洁冷却系统后解决。结论对MR梯度系统故障修复主要通过故障特征及原因进行分析,判断其来源及适当的处理策略,同时,日常规范化管理也可以降低设备故障发生率。
Objective To analyze the structure and common faults of MR gradient systems,and explore their causes and solutions.Methods A total of 10 cases of gradient faults encountered by MR equipment in our hospital was collected,including 4 cases of gradient power supply faults,2 cases of gradient power amplifier faults,1 case of gradient signal control unit fault,2 cases of cooling system faults,1 case of gradient coil induced artifacts.A specific analysis was conducted on the fault phenomenon,source,and handling steps.Results By analyzing the faults of the MR gradient system,the causes were identified.Among them,6 cases were eliminated after replacing the faulty components,2 cases were solved on-site due to signal line contact problems,1 case was improved after software calibration,and 1 case was resolved after cleaning the cooling system.Conclusion The fault repair of MR gradient system mainly relies on analyzing the fault characteristics and causes,determining their sources and appropriate handling strategies.At the same time,standardized daily management can also reduce the occurrence rate of equipment failures.
