摘要
基于北京大学国家发展研究院EEPC项目组2021年的调研数据,采用多元线性回归模型和中介效应模型,实证分析社会网络对乡村治理水平的影响,以及非农就业在社会网络对乡村治理水平影响中的中介效应。研究发现:社会网络显著正向影响乡村治理水平,其中,同质社会网络和异质社会网络分别在1%和5%的水平上显著正向影响乡村治理水平;非农就业在社会网络对乡村治理水平的影响中发挥中介效应;社会网络对乡村治理水平影响的户主年龄差异、家庭规模差异和家庭社会地位差异均不显著,但对老年组、大规模家庭组、高家庭社会地位组的影响更大。据此提出,应进一步推进村庄内部互动以增强村庄凝聚力、拓宽外部信息渠道以加快资源流动性、发挥农户主体作用以提高治理参与率等,从而不断提高乡村治理水平。
Based on the survey data collected by the EEPC project team of the National School of Development of Peking University in 2021,the multiple linear regression model and the mediating effect model were used to empirically analyze the impact of social networks on the level of rural governance,as well as the mediating role of non-agricultural employment between social networks and the level of rural governance.The results show that social networks have a significant positive impact on the level of rural governance.Of which,homogeneous social networks and heterogeneous social networks have a significant positive impact on the level of rural governance at the levels of 1%and 5%,respectively.Non-agricultural employment plays a mediating effect in the impact of social networks on the level of rural governance.The impact of social networks on the level of rural govemance shows no significant differences in terms of the age of household heads,family size and family social status.However,the impact is greater in terms of the elderly group,large-family group and the group with high family social status.Therefore,it is proposed to further promote the interaction within villages to enhance village cohesion,broaden extemal information channels to accelerate resource mobility,and give full play to the main role of rural households to improve the participation rate of governance,so as to improve the level of rural governance.
