摘要
由于新能源发电具有较强的随机性和不确定性,影响输电网稳定运行和调节控制,为提高输电网自动化规划配置效果,设计基于考虑新能源发电不确定性的新型输电网自动化规划模型。首先设置目标函数与约束条件,读取电力系统原始数据,采用前推回代法计算配输电网潮流,输出各个节点的电压,建立多目标优化配置模型,利用启发式搜索算法对该模型求解,输出最优解。通过实例分析表明,所提设计能够较为准确地计算出电压幅值分布情况、支路有功损耗情况以及不同新能源接入数量下的变化情况,计算出接入新能源后的输电网运行费用,提高输电网自动化规划配置效果。
Due to the strong randomness and uncertainty of new energy generation,which affects the stable operation and regulation control of the transmission network,a new transmission network automation planning model based on considering the uncertainty of new en-ergy generation is designed to improve the effectiveness of transmission network automation planning and configuration.First,it sets the objective function and constraint conditions,reads the original data of the power system,calculates the power flow of the distribution network by using the forward backward method,outputs the voltage of each node,establishes a multi-objective optimal configuration model,uses the heuristic search algorithm to solve the model,and outputs the optimal solution.Through example analysis,it is shown that this method can accurately calculate the distribution of voltage amplitude,the active power loss of branch-es,and the changes under different new energy access quantities.It can also calculate the operating costs of the transmission net-work after connecting to new energy,and improve the effectiveness of transmission network automation planning and configuration.
