摘要
老年皮肤瘙痒症是临床常见的老年性皮肤病,西医治疗多采用屏障保护剂糖皮质激素外用、抗组胺药口服等对症治疗,但对于一些顽固性、疑难性疾病,疗效不稳定,且易迁延不愈,反复发作。“独藏”辨识体系是仝小林提出的以抓主症为核心,疾病为纲领,辨证为枢纽,上连审因,下达求机的“病-症-证-因机”相结合的辨治思路,通过辨识深藏在诸多症状中独有的核心症状,精准快速诊疗疾病。通过辨识“患处发烫”为老年皮肤瘙痒症的“独藏”症,予升阳益胃汤治疗。
Senile pruritus is a common senile dermatosis in clinical practice.Western medicine often uses topical barrier protectants such as glucocorticoids,and oral antihistamines for symptomatic treatment.However,for some stubborn and rare and difficult diseases,the therapeutic efficacy is unstable,and the condition is prone to lingering,being difficult to cure,and recurring frequently.The"Du Cang"(the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms)"identification system is a approach based on syndrome differentiation proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin,which focuses on distinguishing the main symptoms as the core,the disease as the guideline,syndrome differentiation as the hub,and the combination of"disease-symptom-syndrome-cause and mechanism"which examines the causes and inspects the mechanism;By identifying the unique core symptoms hidden deep in many symptoms,the system can accurately and quickly diagnose and treat diseases.By identifying the"burning of the affected area"as the"Du Cang"syndrome of senile pruritus,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is administered for treatment.
