摘要
随着移动技术的快速发展和现代社会生活方式的进步,政府部门对于移动办公的需求不断凸显。在自然资源领域,传统模式的信息系统开发多数基于国外开源的平台或技术,基于自主可控技术的产品开发应用程度较低、实践较少。针对以上问题,本文将移动办公与江苏省自然资源业务相结合,设计了江苏省自然资源移动办公系统的总体架构,分析了系统的功能点和部署方式,阐述了移动办公安全访问控制、信创环境下的部署模式、移动端HTML5适配、附件在线访问等关键技术,实现了18项办文业务和48项行政审批业务的移动端办理。全新的部署模式为省级自然资源部门基于自主可控技术设计的应用系统提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of mobile technology and the progress of modern social lifestyles,the demand for mobile office in government departments is becoming increasingly prominent.In the field of natural resources,the development of traditional information systems is mostly based on foreign open source platforms or technologies,and the degree of product development and application using independent controllable technologies is relatively low and pratically limited.In view of the above problems,this paper combines mobile office system with natural resources business in Jiangsu,designs the overall architecture of the natural resources mobile office system in Jiangsu,and analyzes the functions and deployment methods of the system.It expounds key technologies such as secure access control for mobile office,deployment mode in the information and innovation environment,mobile terminal HTML5 adaptation,and online access to attachments.It realizes the mobile terminal processing of 18 items of document processing and 48 items of administrative approval business.The new deployment mode also provides references for provincial natural resources departments to design application systems with independent controllable technology.
