摘要
目的:分析破裂颅内动脉瘤(RIAs)介入治疗患者在围手术期发生缺血事件的危险因素。方法:选取南昌大学第二附属医院神经外科2021年9月1日至2022年8月31日期间收治的211例RIAs行介入栓塞术治疗的患者作为研究对象,收集患者的基线资料、病史、手术情况等信息,分析患者围手术期发生缺血事件的危险因素。结果:术后有47例患者出现缺血事件并发症,发生率为22.27%。logistic回归分析显示,体质量指数(BMI)、脑梗死病史是RIAs行介入栓塞术治疗的患者围手术期发生缺血事件的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:既往高BMI、既往脑梗死病史是RIAs介入治疗围手术期发生缺血事件的危险因素,对存在上述危险因素的RIAs患者,在围手术期需要加强监护,以避免缺血性事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the risk factors for ischemic events in patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms(RIAs)undergoing interventional treatment during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 211 patients with RIAs who underwent interventional embolization treatment at the Neurosurgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 1,2021 to August 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects.The baseline data,medical history and surgical information of the patients were collected,and the risk factors of perioperative ischemic events were analyzed.Results Postoperative complications of ischemic events occurred in 47 patients,with an incidence rate of 22.27%.Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI and history of cerebral infarction were independent risk factors for perioperative ischemic events in patients undergoing interventional embolization treatment for RIAs(P<0.05).Conclusion Previous high BMI and history of cerebral infarction are risk factors for ischemic events during the perioperative period of RIAs intervention therapy.For RIAs patients with the abovementioned risk factors,enhanced monitoring is necessary during the perioperative period to avoid the occurrence of ischemic events.
