摘要
牙周病是发生在牙周支持组织的破坏性炎症性疾病,与类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病密切相关。但其具体生物学机制仍不清楚,本文对牙周病与自身免疫性疾病相互关系的机制进行阐述。
Periodontal disease is a destructive inflammatory condition affecting the supporting tissues of the teeth and is closely associated with rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus,and other autoimmune diseases,while the precise biological mechanisms underlying this interaction remain unclear.This article aims to provide a detailed overview of the mechanisms behind the interaction between periodontal disease and autoimmune diseases.
