随着“互联网+”时代的到来,医院管理正逐步向信息化、智能化转型。医院人事档案作为医院人力资源管理的核心组成部分,其信息化水平的高低直接影响着医院管理效率、决策质量和员工满意度。文章旨在探讨基于人事档案信息化的医院人力资源信息系统的设计与实践,通过融合“互联网+信息技术”,实现医院人力资源的精细化管理与高效利用。
With the advent of the"Internet+"era,hospital management is gradually transforming towards informatization and intelligence.As a core component of hospital human resource management,the level of informatization of personnel files directly impacts the efficiency of hospital management,the quality of decision-making,and employee satisfaction.This paper aims to explore the design and implementation of a hospital human resource information system based on personnel file digitization.By integrating"Internet+information technology,"it seeks to achieve refined management and efficient utilization of hospital human resources.
