摘要
为提升事业单位档案管理水平,通过立足新时期,围绕大数据技术应用,分析事业单位档案管理工作创新策略,首先,简单介绍大数据技术赋能下事业单位档案管理工作发生的变化;然后,从现实情况出发,讨论事业单位档案管理工作开展存在的问题;最后,结合相应的问题,提出一些档案管理创新策略,有效提升事业单位档案管理质量水平,对带动事业单位发展也有着重要的参考价值。
To enhance the archives management level in public institutions,this paper,based on the new era and focusing on the application of big data technology,analyzes innovative strategies for archives management in public institutions.Firstly,it briefly introduces the changes brought about by big data technology to archives management in public institutions.Then,starting from the actual situation,it discusses the existing problems in the implementation of archives management in public institutions.Finally,combining these problems,some innovative strategies for archives management are proposed,which effectively improve the quality of archives management in public institutions and have important reference value for driving the development of public institutions.
