摘要
目的:探究对睑板腺功能障碍型干眼患者开展中药熏蒸联合光脉冲治疗的效果。方法:选取三明市中西医结合医院眼科门诊于2022年7月1日至2024年6月30日收治的睑板腺功能障碍型干眼患者60例为研究对象,按照Excel对纳入病例进行随机排序1 ~ 60号,单数序列患者开展0.9 %氯化钠溶液熏蒸联合光脉冲治疗(30例,对照组),偶数序列开展中药熏蒸联合光脉冲治疗(30例,观察组)。对两组患者眼表分析检查(泪河高度、泪膜破裂时间、睑脂、眼红、睑板腺形态、角膜荧光素染色)、症状积分、整体治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗后观察组患者泪河高度、泪膜破裂时间高于对照组,睑板腺形态评分、睑脂评分、眼红评分、角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者干涩、烧灼感、异物感、视力异常波动、分泌物增多、眼刺激等症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67 %,高于对照组的73.33 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对睑板腺功能障碍型干眼患者开展中药熏蒸联合光脉冲治疗,可以改善患者眼表功能,迅速改善患者干涩等各方面症状,提升整体疗效以及眼表泪膜功能,有助于患者病情恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine steam therapy combined with photopulse in the treatment of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods From July 1,2022,to June 30,2024,60 patients with dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were selected from the Ophthalmology Clinic of Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The cases were randomly sorted using Excel from 1 to 60,with odd-numbered patients receiving 0.9% sodium chloride solution steam therapy combined with photopulse (30 cases,control group) and even-numbered patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine steam therapy combined with photopulse (30 cases,observation group).The ocular surface analysis (tear meniscus height,tear film break-up time,meibum,eye redness,meibomian gland morphology,corneal fluorescein staining),symptom scores,and overall treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the tear meniscus height and tear film break-up time of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the meibomian gland morphology score,meibum score,eye redness score,and corneal fluorescein staining score were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).The symptom scores of dryness,burning sensation,foreign body sensation,abnormal fluctuation of vision,increased secretion,and eye irritation in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33% of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine steam therapy combined with photopulse can improve the ocular surface function of patients with dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction,rapidly alleviate symptoms such as dryness,enhance the overall therapeutic effect and ocular surface tear film function,and facilitate the recovery of the patient’s condition.
