摘要
采用平板对峙试验研究哈茨木霉菌叶部型G-41和棘孢木霉菌对辣椒炭疽病的抑菌效果,结果表明:哈茨木霉菌叶部型G-41与辣椒炭疽病菌对峙培养到第9天,抑菌率达到最高,为28.4%,棘孢木霉菌与辣椒炭疽病菌对峙培养到第8天,抑菌率达到最高,为76.9%,两种木霉菌对辣椒炭疽病菌都有抑制作用,棘孢木霉菌抑菌效果更显著。
The inhibitory effects of Trichoderma strain G-41 and other fungi on anthracnose in chili pepper were investigated using dual culture tests on PDA.The results showed that the inhibition rate of Trichoderma harzianum (strain G-41,isolated from leaves)against C.nigrum in dual culture tests peaked on day 9,reaching 28.4%.The inhibition rate of Trichoderma asperellum against C.nigrum in dual culture tests peaked on day 8,at 76.9%.Both Trichoderma%strains exhibited inhibitory effects on C.nigrum,with Trichoderma asperellum showing significantly stronger suppression.
