摘要
汽轮机缸体结构复杂,采用传统工艺容易形成缩松、裂纹等铸造缺陷。本研究采用MAGMA数值模拟软件,优化了补缩系统和浇注系统,得到了质量可靠、工艺出品率高的工艺方案。9Cr钢是600 MW超临界汽轮机缸体最常用的耐热材料,通过鼓风机风冷的方法,获得了均匀、稳定的组织,研究了不同高温下的拉伸性能,得到了拉伸性能随温度升高而降低的变化规律。通过冲击试验,得到了FATT50为-15℃的结论。采用扫描电镜分析其显微组织,发现组织均匀,避免了力学性能不稳定现象。
Because of the complex structure of steam turbine cylinder block,the casting defects such as shrinkage porosity and crack are easily formed by using of traditional casting process.In this research,the feeding and gating systems are optimized by MAGMA numerical simulation software,and a process scheme with reliable quality and high casting yield is obtained.9Cr steel is the most commonly used heat-resistant material for 600 MW supercritical steam turbine cylinders.The uniform and stable microstructure is obtained by air cooling of blower,and the tensile properties at different high temperatures are studied,and the change rules of tensile properties with increasing temperature were obtained.In addition,the FATT50 is -15℃got by impact test.The microstructure was analyzed by SEM,and it was found that the microstructure was uniform and the instability of mechanical properties was avoided.
