摘要
聚焦上海老城厢,探讨其在更新实践过程中遇到的问题及挑战,尤其关注历史建筑保护与空间改造、商业活动转型及政策法规执行等方面存在的难题与创新应对。以露香园项目为例,旨在揭示更新规划实践是如何在维护“历史文化延续性”与促进“现代宜居创新”这一对看似相互冲突的目标之间寻找平衡的路径。旨在为老城厢及其他类似历史文化保护区域的城市更新实践提供可借鉴的经验,以促进城市空间的综合性与和谐发展,实现经济增值与文化传承的双赢。
This study focuses on the urban regeneration of the Old Towns of Shanghai and discusses the problems and challenges encountered in its practice,pertaining to historical preservation and adaptive reuse,the transformation of commercial programs,and the implementation of policies and regulations.Through a case analysis of the Lu Xiang Garden project,the study suggests a delicate balance achieved between the seemingly conflicting goals of preserving"historical and cultural identity"and promoting an innovative modern lifestyle.Its ultimate goal is to provide references for future urban renewal projects in the Old Town area as well as other similar historical and cultural protection zones,promoting the comprehensive and harmonious development of urban spaces,and a win-win situation of economic growth and cultural inheritance.
