摘要
目的:分析高流量湿化仪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:选择2023年1年在龙岩市第二医院治疗的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者110例,利用随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,各55例。两组患者均提供常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组提供有创呼吸机治疗,观察组提供高流量湿化仪治疗。在治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗结果的差异性。结果:治疗后观察组患者的动脉血氧分压、氧饱和度、动脉二氧化碳分压指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者慢性呼吸系统疾病问卷(CRQ)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者,提供高流量湿化仪治疗,可以快速改善患者的血气指标,解决呼吸功能等障碍性问题,提高患者生活质量,强化治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-flow humidification apparatus in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods A total of 110 patients with COPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in the Second Hospital of Longyan in 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,55 cases in each group.Both groups were provided with conventional treatment,on the basis of which,the control group was provided with invasive ventilator treatment,and the observation group was provided with high-flow humidifier treatment.At the end of treatment,the difference of treatment outcome between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment the indexes of arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,oxygen saturation and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the chronic respiratory diseases questionnaire(CRQ)score of 2 groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure,providing high-flow humidifier treatment can quickly improve the blood gas index of patients,solve the problems of respiratory function and other disorders,improve the quality of life of patients,and strengthen the therapeutic effect.
