摘要 人体气味是一种重要的信息素,在法庭科学、灾后救援、疾病诊断甚至化妆品研发等多个领域都具有广泛应用。在法庭科学领域,识别人体气味中的挥发性有机物成分(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)对侦查方向的确定和尸体搜索等方面具有重要意义。人体气味成分复杂,需要借助介质采集人体气味制成人体气味样本,再利用高灵敏度的仪器进行分析,在分析前往往需要对样本进行保存。通过总结近几年的相关文献,概述了人体气味常用的采集、保存及检测方法。其中,采集方法包括接触式采集和非接触式采集,保存方法主要关注容器的类型以及保存温度等条件,检测方法则涵盖气相色谱法、电子鼻等多种技术。最后,对人体气味分析未来的发展方向进行了展望,旨在为法庭科学领域开展应用人体气味侦破案件等相关研究提供参考。 Human odor is an important pheromone with a wide range of applications in various fields such as forensic science,disaster relief,disease diagnosis,and even cosmetic research and development.In the field of forensic science,the identification of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in human odor is of great significance in determining the direction of investigation and the search for corpses.Due to the complex components of human odor,it is necessary to collect human odor with media to make human odor samples,and then use highly sensitive instruments for further analysis.Samples often need to be preserved before analysis.By summarizing the relevant literature in recent years,the collection,preservation and detection methods commonly used to examine human odor are outlined.Among them,the collection methods include contact and non-contact collection,the preservation methods mainly focus on the type of container and the preservation temperature and other conditions,and the detection methods cover a variety of techniques such as gas chromatography and electronic nose.Finally,the future development direction of human odor analysis is prospected,aiming to provide a reference for the court science field to carry out the applications of human odor to detect cases and other related research.
