摘要
目的 探究对中重度类风湿关节炎患者使用托法替布治疗的效果。方法 选择2022年8月至2023年8月期间盐城市第一人民医院收治的94例中重度类风湿性关节炎患者,采用抽签法分为参照组(给予常规治疗方案)与观察组(给予常规治疗结合托法替布治疗),各47例。对比两组治疗前后关节功能指标、肾功能指标及炎性因子。结果 观察组治疗后关节功能、肾功能指标及炎性因子均优于参照组,P<0.05。结论 对中重度类风湿关节炎患者使用托法替布治疗的效果更好,有助于改善患者关节功能与肾功能,减轻炎症反应。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of tofacib on moderate and severe rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,94 patients with moderate and severe rheumatoid arthritis in the First People's Hospital of Yancheng City were selected and divided into the reference group(given routine treatment plan)and the observation group(Routine treatment combined with tofacitib was given)by lottery,47 cases each.The indexes of joint function,renal function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the joint function、renal function and inflammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Tofatib is more effective in the treatment of moderate and severe rheumatoid arthritis,which is helpful to improve joint function and renal function and reduce inflammatory reaction.
