摘要
目的 观察基于根因分析法(RCA)的预警管理干预在降低心血管内科中断事件中的应用效果。方法 选取长沙市第四医院心血管内科2021年1月至2022年12月收治的心血管疾病患者60例,按收治时间先后分为对照组(30例,给予常规管理干预)与研究组(30例,给予常规管理干预联合基于RCA的预警管理干预)。对比两组血管内科中断事件发生情况、护理满意度与恢复效果。结果 研究组心血管内科中断事件发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(30.00%),护理满意度(100.00%)显著高于对照组(76.67%),恢复率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),P<0.05。结论 基于RCA的预警管理干预在心血管内科临床管理中的应用效果良好,可有效减少心血管内科中断事件发生,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of early warning management intervention based on root cause analysis(RCA)in reducing the interruption events in cardiovascular medicine.Methods:Sixty patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group(30 cases were given routine management intervention)and study group(30 cases were given routine management intervention combined with early warning management intervention based on RCA)according to the admission time.The occurrence of interruption events,nursing satisfaction and recovery effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of interruption events in cardiovascular medicine in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),the nursing satisfaction(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.67%),and the recovery rate(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Early warning management intervention based on RCA has a good effect in clinical management of cardiovascular medicine,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of interruption events in cardiovascular medicine and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
