摘要
目的 探究综合护理干预在社区高血压患者护理中的应用价值。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年6月浙江省湖州市吴兴区杨家埠街道社区卫生服务中心收治的的社区高血压患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,实施常规护理)与观察组(50例,实施综合护理干预)。对比两组护理满意度、血压水平。结果 观察组护理总满意度98.00%,高于对照组80.00%,P<0.05;观察组护理后血压指标均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 综合护理干预可改善社区高血压患者血压水平,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of hypertension patients in community.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2023100 patients with hypertension in the community health service center of Yangjiabu Street,Wuxing District Huzhou City Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group(50 cases with routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases with comprehensive nursing intervention).Nursing satisfaction and blood pressure level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,P<0.05.The blood pressure indexes of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the blood pressure level of hypertension patients in community and enhance nursing satisfaction.
