摘要
目的 研究采用手术室护理路径对子宫肌瘤切除术后患者的临床效果。方法 选取南通市妇幼保健院收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例,于2020年6月-2023年12月进行手术治疗,将其随机分成两组,观察组与对照组各分入50例。对比两组护理质量、手术指标、护理满意度、并发症。结果 观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,手术指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 手术室护理路径的实施能提高腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者的护理水平,改善手术指标,减少术后并发症,获得较高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of nursing path in operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:100 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room,while the observation group was given path nursing in the operating room.The nursing quality、operation index、nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group,and the operation index was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,nursing through operating room pathway can effectively improve nursing quality,improve surgical indicators,reduce postoperative complications,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
