摘要
目的 分析红光治疗仪局部照射结合结构化护理对新生儿尿布皮炎患儿局部症状及皮肤情况的影响。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年3月期间杭州市儿童医院儿童重症医学科收治的尿布皮炎患儿90例,均采取红光治疗仪局部照射治疗。依据护理方法分为组,各45例。常规护理用于对照组,结构化护理用于观察组。比较两组局部症状康复情况、皮肤情况及家属满意度。结果 观察组康复时间短于对照组,P<0.05;护理后,观察组各症状评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;患儿家属护理满意度对比,观察组93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,P<0.05。结论 采用红光治疗仪局部照射联合结构化护理对新生儿尿布皮炎的效果确切,可促进患儿皮炎有效愈合,改善皮肤状态,加速其康复,从而提高家属满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of local irradiation with red light therapeutic instrument combined with structured nursing on local symptoms and skin condition of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods:From January 2023 to March 2024,90 children with diaper dermatitis were selected from the Department of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine of Hangzhou Children's Hospital,and all of them were treated by local irradiation with red light therapeutic apparatus.They were divided into groups according to the nursing methods,with 45 cases each.Routine nursing is the control group,and structured nursing is the observation group.Rehabilitation of local symptoms,skin condition and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;After nursing,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the comparison of family satisfaction,93.33%,7 higher than 73.33%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Local irradiation with red light therapeutic instrument combined with structured nursing is effective in treating neonatal diaper dermatitis,which can promote the effective healing of children's dermatitis,improve skin condition,accelerate their rehabilitation,and thus improve the satisfaction of their families.
