摘要
目的 探讨在中医助理全生医师规范化培训带教中采取PDCA循环的有效性。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年12月期间在桂平市中医医院接受中医助理全科医生规范化培训的医生36名,采用摸球法分为比较组和分析组,每组18名。两组医师均采用常规带教法,分析组加用PDCA循环。对比两组考核成绩、心理弹性、综合能力和满意度。结果 分析组各维度考核成绩均高于比较组,P<0.05。开展教学后,分析组心理弹性各维度评分、综合能力各维度评分均高于比较组,P<0.05。分析组满意度高于比较组,P<0.05。结论 在中医助理全科医师规范化培训带教中采取PDCA循环,可提高医师考核成绩和综合能力,增强心理弹性,对医师满意度的提升也有积极影响。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of PDCA cycle in the standardized training of assistant general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:36 doctors who received standardized training of assistant general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in Guiping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into comparison group and analysis group by touching the ball,with 18 in each group.Doctors in both groups used routine teaching method,while PDCA circulation was used in the analysis group.The examination results、psychological resilience、comprehensive ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of each dimension in the analysis group were higher than those in the comparison group,P<0.05.After teaching,the scores of all dimensions of resilience and comprehensive ability in the analysis group were higher than those in the comparison group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of the analysis group was higher than that of the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Adopting PDCA cycle in the standardized training and teaching of assistant general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the examination results and comprehensive ability of doctors,enhance their psychological flexibility and have a positive impact on the improvement of doctors'satisfaction.
