摘要
目的 研究云课堂的混合式教学模式在急危重症护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年5月至2024年4月期间在广东医科大学附属第二医院急危重症科实习的40名学生,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组20名。对照组采用常规带教模式,研究组采用云课堂的混合式教学模式。比较两组在自主学习能力、教学满意度、教学效果和学习情感态度方面的差异。结果 与对照组相比,研究组自主学习能力、学习情感态度评分法均较高,P<0.05。研究组教学满意度、教学效果评分也较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论 在急危重症护理学教学中采用云课堂的混合式教学模式可显著提高实习生的自主学习能力、教学满意度、教学效果和学习情感态度。
Objective:To study the application effect of cloud classroom mixed teaching mode in the teaching of acute and critical care nursing.Methods:From May 2022 to April 2024,40 students who practiced in the critical care department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 20 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the mixed teaching mode of cloud classroom.The differences in independent learning ability、teaching satisfaction、teaching effect and interns'emotional attitude towards learning were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group has higher autonomous learning ability and learning emotional attitude score,P<0.05.The scores of teaching satisfaction and teaching effect in the research group were also higher than those in the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion:The mixed teaching mode of cloud classroom in the teaching of acute and critical care nursing can significantly improve the interns'autonomous learning ability,teaching satisfaction,teaching effect and learning emotional attitude.
